2008 was an action packed
year to say the least. After storm chasing for several years I finally
attended the National Storm Chaser Convention held in Denver, Colorado.
A few months later I was able to make it to the plains to take
advantage of the tornado outbreak across Kansas despite my upcoming
move to Michigan. May 22 and 23rd proved to be intense storm chasing
days as I witnessed 6 tornadoes during these days with a few close
calls as we were too close to the action on a few occasions.
We had the same crew from
last year of Randy Baker...Kirk Swain...Mark Rader and Dave
Inmon.
